Arackal inn was a very pleasant hotel. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The reception staff was very nice and talkative. Even the bathroom was cleaned and had a good smell. Overall had a plea-sent experience. Looking forward for the next stay.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring kottayam's sights and sounds. The hotel's service was top-notch, with prompt and courteous assistance whenever needed. Great value for money! highly recommend arackal inn for its comfort, service, and convenience. 5/5 stars.

Arackal inn provided us with a great atmosphere and great room. Room was neat and clean. Very cam atmosphere to stay. Staff was very helpful and so nice to us. Another factor is that the cost. Cost is affordable compre to others. Enjoyed a grte stay.

The stay was nice and bang for the money. Best for couples in price. Good ampience, friendly staff, cleanliness maintained. Only issue is the double bed provided is two piece of single bed.
