Good Stay
I booked it for day use, check-in was very swift and property was good&decent and staff was very well behaved they helped in every way, the food was good. Overall I had a decent stay. Somehow when I entered the room AC water was leaking but it stopped in a while so that’s not the big issue it can be ignored.

Overall the stay was great! The hotel checkin was smooth Staff was courteous and assisted well Breakfast was also quite decent and well spread Rooms were also decent.

great service. fast check in. room was very clean and comfortable. AC was pretty cold. smart TV was working nicely. food is awesome and price is also good. location is nice. everything available besides hotel. fully recommended. great job aralia international hotel.

Its a good hotel the location is alo good. The staff are very cooperative and service is on time. Cleanliness is also good. Cleaning head Animesh is very helpful. Overall nice experience.

Cheap business tactics by hotel.
Not clean and no hygiene is maintained. For very small package of dry fruits they charged 4-5 times more price than market. They deliberately placed the dry fruits package in room without permission and as a hotel guest anyone will think that this is complementary from hotel but they are changing huge amount at final bill.

AC was not working. I spoke with receptionist but not resolved. Breakfast items was very limited. Water was seeping from roof.

Rooms were smelling and no ventilation. The food quality was not so great. However the staff have tried their best to make it comfortable.

The room conditions are unhygienic, with cockroaches visibly present, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment for guests. Such poor sanitation raises serious concerns about overall cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the quality of the food served is disappointing, lacking freshness and proper preparation. The taste is bland and unappealing, indicating a lack of attention to flavor and culinary standards. This combination of poor hygiene and substandard food not only diminishes the overall experience but also poses potential health risks. Guests expect a clean, pest-free space and appetizing meals, but unfortunately, both the accommodation and dining services fall far short of acceptable standards.
