Awesome experience supportive and nice smiling staffs. In the city center location. Beautiful rooms and cozy rooms. Staffs specially always listen to your queries. Roof top add extra mile to this property. We loved our stay and recommend must visit place.

Hotel was good but the service was terrible. We have to wait till 10am for even a breakfast. We need to constantly ask them for cleaning. There is only one reply that we have staff shortage so regular cleaning will not be possible.

I book room on 3rd floor but when i'm reached hotel. I wait for one hour to confirmation. Same i booked two super deluxe room but i got 1 super deluxe room and 1 deluxe room. Hotel staff not experienced. Hotel location good. Room ac not working. So i changed room.

Terrible Stay

We have very bad experience in this hotel inwhich full night one room no 305 ac didn’t run for whole night and rooms and bathrooms were dirty even other rooms were also not well cleaned. See all the images which itself shows how bad the property is and my advise is not to book for any other guests even lift is not working. Total mismanagement and mess in this property.
