Good Hotel
Its a good hotel with good services. I really like the room, its spacious. The location of hotel is very good its close to malls snd major hubs in city. The food was also nice. Must visit in Raipur.

pathetic experience and way overpriced food
This is an overrated hotel. I doubt if all the reviews on Google is genuine. Food is pathetic and way overpriced. Rooms are poorly kept and all staff are untrained . It’s noisy and the entire room feels the vibration of people dancing. Pathetic experience and staff members just don’t care for any feedback!

"exceptional stay – highly recommended!" from the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. the check-in process was smooth, and i was personally escorted to a beautifully clean and spacious room with a stunning view. the amenities were top-notch: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the wi-fi was fast and reliable, and the room service was prompt and delicious. i particularly loved the breakfast buffet – so many fresh options and local specialties to try. what truly stood out, though, was the attention to detail. the staff remembered my name, made great recommendations for local attractions, and went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. the hotel’s location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. this is easily one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had. i’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible Stay
Terrible experience! Hotel staff were incredibly uncooperative and rude. From check-in to check-out, the vibe was hostile. Would strongly advise against staying here.

Great property
Location 15 mins from Airport / 20 mins from Station - 5 Stars Rooms - Clean and as shown on MMT - 5 Stars Staff - Superb and extremely hospitable It’s a no brainer for good stay

Rooms was near and clean. Checkin and check out was smooth and hassle free. Food quality was also good. Overall experience was good.

Room was clean but small in comparison to price. Food was not good. Washroom was not clean. Toilet jet sprey was not functioning properly.
