Very disappointing stay! I stayed here with my family, and our experience was far from pleasant. The staff made me wake up in the middle of the night just to move my car from the parking area, which was very inconvenient. The water in the room was extremely dirty — sand was literally coming from the tap, and it was clearly not clean or maintained. Totally not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay.

the owner had over-booked and despite having paid the price of 2 rooms, he tried to put 4 of us in 1 room. When pressured, he sent us to a property owned by his cousin or brother or some relative. Then the relative also tried to make us stay in 1 room when we had paid for 2. I had to beg them that we were only here for 7 hours as we were going to check out early the next morning and then he reluctantly agreed. The AC in the new room wasn't working and the Geyser turned off on its own. The fan was making too much noise. This experience here was particularly painful for my parents and brother as they had travelled for more than 12 hours on the same day. It caused so much distress and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Location is good as it near to the highway and Green Circle, facilities were as expected, AC took a few minutes to start ip but rest was fine. Staff were excellent

Services is very poor, room cleaning is about to dream. Facilities what's are they're promised are 50 percent absence, day light is quietly impossible in room no.303. I noticed directly customer got more privilege than make my trip

The hotel location is good, near the highway. Just 18 minutes from VIT. Rooms are small but rooms and bathrooms are clean. Linen was also clean. Night shift staff were cooperative and courteous. Not the morning shift staff. The only major gap is they don't have a kitchen so if you want an early morning tea you will have to wait till 8 am. They bring tea from an adjoining tea stall.

Hotel staff don't know either English or Hindi . They only know Tamil. Very dirty rooms. Wash room and water is leaking even after informing they ignore. Hotel booked with breakfast but still asking lot of times same for breakfast. Breakfast I request to give till 9.00 but they ignored . Very rude staff.

I booked this ac room for 1 night as a solo traveller. Room and bathroom are neat. But bed linen is pathetic. God knows when they were washed earlier. Just dint feel like sleeping on that bed. when u cannot maintain white sheets you shudnt use them.

Rooms are very small and no room services .Very noisy . Only one housekeeping person . For dinner you need to depend on Zomato .

I booked the room by using MMT, but while checking in they are not allowing me to check in. They are saying amount what i paid in MMT it's not correct because those rooms are high cost they are telling.

It was really bad, i left hotel after 4 hour, no water for drinking available in hotel, no water in wash room, bad smell in room even hotel was pathetic, it's not recommended by anyone
