Review Of Aristocrat Hotel

Hotel is good food kinda expensive but some how stay was nice recommend. Near to New town Bus stand.

Worst front office staff and if you ask for extra glass for water they will dinai and tell no we can’t get you extra glass for drinking water no sweetness in conversation totally worst

The room was so good and the services are also good

Hotel room was good, but the service was very slow.

the hotel is bit old, When I reached reception, the card was given to me but nobody to guide me to the room. I requested for a single bed but they refused, though the hotel was almost empty. I ordered a chicken Salad but it had bones in it.

It was a comfortable stay, good location if you want to stay in New town area . Reasonable breakfast options and a good value for money .

Not 4 Star, it's a 4th class property, mannerless security who don't greet guests instead act as border Police, 24x7 room service has too limited options after 11PM, wallpapers in passage n rooms are bereaved, rooms not neat enough, pathetic breakfast. No Bar n u call it 4 Star. Wish had stayed in some average lodge.

The rooms were good and the staff were also friendly, but the little bit thing which I faced that they need to maintain the cleaning and they need to increase their work speed also, otherwise overall it was good

The location of the hotel is good, staff's behavior was nice, and the complementary breakfast buffet was also okay.The only problem I faced at the entry gate of the hotel, every time I was asked to show my ID at the entry gate of the hotel. The overall experience of my stay at Aristocrat was good. 😊

poor... at reception the receptionists don't greet u properly. The way they treat as if they r doing favour for us. No one was there to take luggage to the room, it was self service. The reception behaviour is not good and the service of all staff is not good and the room acomondation is also is not good

Hotel is good, location is excellent, and very friendly staff.

The place is shady. Floors and Carpets are Filthy. The entire property smells poorly. The roof over buffet section drips constantly, so it's hard not to get the food contaminated. Avoid at all costs.

The stay was good. but the room was not as shown in the description , in the name of queen bed , the bed size is too small that if u move a little bit u can fall in ur sleep. the receptionist is so rude also room service is too slow.
