A mid sized hotel (around 30 rooms, half or less than half a km from thiruvananthapuram central railway station and bus stand (about 12 to 15 km from the airport. Well known to auto and cab drivers indicate good foot-fall. (however ensure you say "ariya nivaas" because there are some arya restaurants in the city. Around 2 km from padmanabha swamy temple is another plus point. Good, clean rooms (bathrooms are smaller though but manageable. Has two restaurants, both serving good hygienic food. The hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast as told to me. Good staff. Overall a good experience and recommended for short trips.

My stay at the property was overall pleasant and satisfying, with a few areas standing out more than others. Location: the location of the property is truly one of its strong points. It’s situated in a prime area that is easily accessible from major attractions and transportation hubs, yet it maintains a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is vibrant with plenty of dining options, shopping outlets, and local attractions within walking distance, which added to the convenience. Additionally, the property offers stunning views, whether it's of the cityscape or natural surroundings, depending on your room location. Food: the food experience at the property was delightful. The on-site restaurant provided a diverse menu that catered to various tastes, from local delicacies to international cuisine. The quality of the food was consistently high, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a wide array of options that suited both light and hearty appetites. The dining staff was attentive and made sure that all dietary preferences and needs were met. Amenities: the amenities offered at the property were extensive and contributed significantly to the comfort of my stay. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, and the spa services were exceptional, providing a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to unwind. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary wi-fi, which was fast and reliable, and the availability of a business center for any work-related needs. The rooms are very clean and everything was maintained well. The hotel has a restaurant and the food is good. I would say it's slightly pricier than outside places but the food quality is definitely very good. I had fresh juices and tiffins
