The stay was really nice. The hotel had a calm and quiet ambience. Staff were really friendly. Restaurant and the food served was also top notch.

Good stay. The room and bathroom looked good clean. A/c's were working okay, good food. There's a swing outside, fun to play. The staff are friendly but might be hard to reach by phone.

It's not an exclusive hotel property. It's a convention / marriage hall with an extended facility of hotel.

Property's location and amenities were good. No complaints on this. However, there is absolutely nothing to write about their service. It was despicable. The staff is not at all trained in hospitality / hotel management at all. There is no uniformity in their culture, behaviour, speech, dress code, nothing! this is the worst experience of my life, as far as hospitality service from the staff is concerned.
