No housekeeping for 3 days. Basic amenities like drinking water and hot water was to be fought.

Was first told that there is no room available. Had to pay extra hefty amount of rs. to get a room. In spite of it, the service was pathetic. Geyser was not functioning and owner didn't pay any heed even after complaining multiple times. Room was infested with ants

Room was unclean. So dirty. We had to call them several times. The lady in the reception was not at all professional and polite. We had to call them to switch the ac on and geyser on. They had all the switches in reception. Food was bad and expensive. They didn’t open gates in time. They speak about non sense rules. We had a terrible experience staying there.
