Awesome place to stay with your family. No issues at all. Place is surrounded with scenic beauty. Cleaned and beautiful room. View outside of the rooms were also good.

Very well maintained, properly cleaned rooms and entire area, no dusting anywhere. Only problem is, due to cloudy climate we couldn't get hot water from solar and only one bathroom among all having electric heater, hence we 9 people used it. Peaceful, well surrounding and enjoyable experience.

It was a good stay at Arnita Cottage. Owner was nice. Room were spacious and cleaned. It is a good stay to stay for family and kids.

Room was very clean and neat. Stay location was very peaceful. Owners were indeed very cooperative. Got very useful tips regarding restaurants. Treated us like family friend. Served breakfast and tea which was very testy. This place is indeed home away from home.

The location is slightly away from the main city but it's good for a peaceful stay. We rented a 2-wheeler to go around. The only drawback is the lack of a restaurant nearby. Since only breakfast dishes are available, lunch and dinner will need to be delivered. Other than that the place is very clean and people are very nice.

A nice peaceful place for family/couple stay. Location is near from Alibag st stand. Rooms are clean, owners Mr. And mrs. Arvind are cooperative and decent. Transportation for nearby places is arranged by the owners. Breakfast and tea provided was excellent.

Perfect location. Calm and serene ambiance. Spicy and span rooms and common areas. Food delivered from almost all restaurants nearby. We tried Kulaba spice restaurant. The food was awesome. Induction cooker and cutlery available as per requirement. Common hall and terrace well lit and maintained. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Forgot to take actual photos. Recommended for complete joint family. If all the rooms are booked, then about 10-12 people can be accommodated in the complete cottage.

The penthouse room is big, spacious and clean, location is quite close-by to all the places. The home is tremendously clean we booked for a day but the beautiful home and the behavior of the host made us stay one more day.

Very convenient place to all beaches near Alibaug, little away from City so very quiet place. Owner is very cooperative in nature. I love this place and refer to all who is reading this review. Enjoy Kokan beaches.
