From the moment i arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to make my stay comfortable. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Scenic views and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The quality of service and amenities justified the cost. Great value for the price paid, exceeding my expectations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Room was very clean and view from balcony is superb the caretaker behaviour is not good. He dont know how to talk with customer. There is no wifi and soap. After asking for bath towel multiple times they provided only one towel though we are two person staying in one room. When we ask for breakfast caretaker said we are not preparing here but at the same time he prepared the breakfast for side room when we asked he is saying they are special guest. Caretaker is telling us docter is staying besides to your room so please be cautious. Like we are some sadak chap people come to stay here. Caretaker behaviour is not good at all. Only good part is room was very clean and very specious.

The owner's language is rough. Mmt has an option for a child of age up to 17 yrs. I have booked for 2 children up to age 16 yrs. He said that the above 10 yr is an adult. He asked for extra payment. I showed him the policy of mmt then he agreed. But if the booking is accepted by the app then if you are good by heart you cannot ask for extra payment. He said to me, you had cheated on me showing a 16 yrs child, he is not a child he is treated as an adult, before knowing the facts. Don't book this hotel with breakfast. He doesn't have breakfast other than idly. And not ready to serve you with goodwill. He will say the breakfast time is over. Breakfast time is up to 9 am. But will serve you till 9. 30 am showing that he is very kind. He has rooms downstairs, providing no person to carry baggage. Location wise it's a good place but the owner is very cunning and rude. And will provide no service at all.

When i arrived at the location the behaviour of the host are rude and unprofessional. They have initially denied giving the room and asked me to cancel. Room was average. Over all bad experience. I don't recommend this facility.

Located on very stiff place. Need to climb mounted to reach main road. Missing basic facility. Do not book for elderly person. New feature. Good host.

We booked 3 rooms for a night at here. The rooms were not like the ones shown. It's very average for the cost they charge. For 3 couples, they gave 3 bedrooms all with attached bathroom but two bedrooms were clubbed together which means one bedroom is independent and the other two are interconnected. We can go in and out of bedroom 3 only via bedroom 2 only. Hot water was not working in bedroom 3. No shower. No mirrors. No soaps & water bottles were offered as well but provided once we requested. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay.

Very bad area, they will provide only room, not provide another facilities, no sanitary items thare. Any updates for this meter?
