Amazing experience being in this resort. It's brand new and very well maintained. The hospitality was the greatest with very warm and helpful people around. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff went out of their way to get us what we wanted to eat. We went in as a complete family with parents and kids. Overall had a great time and will surely plan to visit again

Mixed experience with lots of scope for improvement

Pros 1. Property is unbelievably close to tb dam. 2. Nice view of dam 3. Nice stone benches outside our suite room, ideal for early morning tea and evening chat with snacks. 4. Very spacious suite room with 2 separate double beds, 2 toilets. 5. Has a swimming pool but useless (see cons) 6. Restaurant is ok. Good hot vegetarian food was served very quickly. 7. Staff were courteous and friendly. Cons 1. Access to property was through muddy narrow lane where only a single car can pass through. 2. Swimming pool is not cleanly maintained. Water looked hazy, felt unhygienic for my kids to get in. 3. Room toilets were not cleaned after previous occupants vacated. Had to complain to get it cleaned. 4. No toilet paper in bathrooms. When asked for toilet paper, they said no stock. 5. Cost per night did not include any meals hence felt it was unreasonably high consider ing all other factors. 6. About 15+ kms to hampi.
