Small room but with good reception response.Has restaurant in ground floor.

overall experience was nice the manager was friendly but I stayed for 3 nights and not a single day there was room service .other things were good

Hotel staff were good. Service was a little late but okay overall to stay at this price point, if you are travelling with family.

I have been to Arya Bhavan before as well, they have well maintained air conditioning rooms with a high level of cleanliness. Highly recommended to stay in egmore

Good stay. Though room is small, it is clean, hygienic; beds are good. Heater is ok. Tv is good. Though cost is little bit high, it is worth for family stayal.

Hotel is good, rooms are nice, bit compact, less space to move around in the room, cleanliness is good. Hotel policy is simply " work to rule " non cooperative for even small adjustments. Earlier night we reached at around 1. 30 am due to our flight was delayed by 4 hours from mumbai. Pn the day of check out we requested for 2 to 3 hours extension, since my wife needed a nap in noon. Strict no. We requested to keep our baggage after checkout for 6, hours, since our train was at 10 pm, strict no. It may be their policy but flexibility is to be there in case of exceptional conditions. Next time i shall look for other better options.

New property, compact room. No space for moving around the property. It's located in a prime location is the biggest advantage
