very poor choice given by make my trip. such below average property should not have been listed on the mmt list of hotels specially for the amount charged for 2 nights I have to now think twice before booking hotel through make my trip. I have been using mmt since so many years. please list this hotel under budget hotel category. bathrooms were dirty. water logging in bathrooms. no lift. i had to request for ground floor room after reaching hotel. food was not upto the mark and expensive.

Food:- taste average not good not too bad. Location:- location is nice. Facilities:- Room were not neatly maintained, cleanliness not good, hot water for shower it's not working for 2 nd day..

Property is good but frequent disconnection of electricity. food was good. Service was also good..

The staff and management was very good and food was good too. Good place to go with friends and family

Average property, no hot water after 8 pm, no kitchen service after 10 pm, no room service, also kids play area availability. Swimming pool so small.

Washroom not upto the mark, stink smell in washroom, food taste was good, room amenities not provided, no prior arragemnet in rooms according to person

The stay was amazing with cold and chilling weather 😌 The food was astonishing The ambiance is cozy.

The rooms bath roots really stink all the time. In morning no water to bath, after complaints several times water came after 1. 5 hours, all our programme for the day were upset, as without water we could not use toilet. Room service ws pathetic. Breakfast was good but the dinning room was full of flies, out of 6 persons only 3 persons had breakfast. We had to take other family members to other hygienic restaurant in market, waste of our money and time. In college room, w/c is very converted on top of it, while sitting on commode we have to do acrobatics, as wash basin overall commode.

Very good property. Had a great time. Food also reasonable and good taste.

The resort location is very good not too far from panchgani and mahabaleshwar markets. The service was excellent with polite staff. Cleanliness was maintained. Overall a very good location for families to spend the vacation time.

Hotel is good, it has pool to accommodate 3-4 people. View from rooms (if you get corner ones) are great. Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Roti/chapati will be severed cold always. Rooms and stairs will have water dropping in raining seasons. So family with small kids should be careful. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.

I stayed for 3 nights four days. Tv remotes, telephone, and other furniture needs maintenance. Room service is very poor. We need to call at least thrice to get our work done.
