As per price what they have charged room was clean and owner was helpful l if we require anything. Value for money.

Single floor settlement

Our stay was average as we had booked the place expecting it to be a hotel however when we arrived we got to know that it was a ground floor home like room built to rent out. Although the owner was sweet and provided us with the amenities mentioned the vicinity of the room was shady and was not that of a hotel with the expected security. All in all the photos uploaded are only of the room and not what is outside the room. Lastly the room was extremely expensive compared to the other similar ambience style options available which one can get for 50% less. I would advise for travellers to book room on arrival or if you have a 3k+ budget go for a hotel then a residential room like this. Again to mention that the services were good just that it is a ground floor single room settlement with no security which is a concern.

We went to matheran, and there were no signs to guide us. Despite this, and even with shubham receiving calls, we somehow managed to reach our destination. However, upon arrival, we found our room in a terrible state. It hadn’t been cleaned since the last stay, with trash like diapers still in the dustbin. The washroom was filthy, and though there was a tv, it wasn’t working. The room seemed like it had been closed for 2-3 months, and there was an unpleasant smell. Consider this before you book.
