It was a nice and clean stay for the price…To get there by car was a little problematic.. i would give a 9/10 only due to the difficulty in getting there.. otherwise 10/10😁👍🏻

Nice hotel rooms were very clean and ambience was also fine with minimal facilities and location was easy accessible area was super cool pleasant and calm felt the stay like safe and very comfortable management was too good and obidient. Pros: easy accessible location pleasant and calm surroundings decent and dignified rooms with minimal occupancy management is good and obedient decent stay for that price range cons they don’t have the hot water facility. Thank you

The photo is their deluxe room. You normally get just a double bed with ac. The 2 bed room that you see in the pic will be booked. The tv was disconnected in our room. There was no hot water. The light in bathroom was not working which the staff quickly replaced and it was working again. The toilet was not properly cleaned and we found woman's hair on the floor. It is not a gated parking. But the staff was really great and allowed us to checkout late and didn't ask us any extra amount owning to the inconvenience we had shared. It was so nice of them and they were very cordial and polite. They even brought the food delivered to our room. Rating 5 for the staff and because the property is very close to kazhakutam railway station.

Finding the location is easy, and the staff are available all the time, and the room is good for the amount i paid and zomato and swiggy are deliverable to this location which is a good thing, and all the rest of basic things are good like wifi, ac and all

Nice rooms, located near to kazakuttom railway station. No attached restaurant, so food needs to be ordered through online apps. Only concern is hot water doesn't come.

We had a great time at AS Manzil. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
