Normal ac room. It was clean and neat. Very helpful staffs. Its near to kazhakuttom railway station but accessing to this hotel road is very narrow .

As manzil is good value for money property the room was neat the staff was recently behaved and it is close by kazhakkotam station

Clean rooms, staffs were very friendly and they are there for whatever you need at anytime. Next time also will book this place for sure whenever I visit Trivandrum.

The room was extremely small. Bathroom was stinky possibly due to some drainage issue on the wash basin. Even the bathroom is extremely small. The tap on the washbasin is not properly fixed. The pictures of the property are extremely misleading. The soap provided by the property did not smell of soap. It was just a bar of wax which smelt like rotting vegetable. The kettle for boiling water was full of ants, ut wasn't washed. The bedsheet was full of marks, not sure whether it was oil or some other thing. Even the towel was not clean, with oil marks or something.

Pro clean property, budget accodomation near to it parks. Quick response for queries. Cons : no lift, no geyser, narrow street, open parking.

Very pathetic condition in room closet covers are stuck floors are not at all cleaned bed sheets were having a foul smell bathtowels were really disgusting lots of ants and insects on the bed very very very bad

Neat and well maintained room. Bathroom was big and neatly maintained. Staffs are friendly and the location is easily accessible from technopark and kazhakkuttam railway station

Very good experience. Early check in was provided. The staffs were very attentive and helped us on all queries. The rooms were very neat and clean. The only problem we faced was that the lift was not available to go to top floors. Property is very near to railway station and we could just walk to the station in 5 minutes.

I did raise a complain against it, kindly check it i did not get any resolution till now. The room was not at all as shown, small, lack of hygiene. I had to vacate it and book a new one on the spot and leave
