Well me and my friends been to this place earlier also and this time after covid… surprisingly noticed that they did a good renovation at the property and in rooms also. They gave us a beautiful spacious room facing the beautiful view. We enjoyed the stay a lot. U must try the Tandoori Chicken yummm

Location is good, mall road walking from the hotel. Food was good. Hotel staff was very professional. Moreover they maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

हम टैम्पो ले कर गये,होटल वालों ने पेड पार्किंग में खड़ी करवा दी पर जब वापिस आये तो पार्किंग फीस हमें देनी पड़ी जो हमें बहुत बुरा लगा।

The room and location is good, but there was no water in the bathroom the next day, not even to wash my hands. On request they provided us another room, but it was too inconvenient and we were late because of that. Our room water was fixed in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I have booked superselux room but when i visited there they providing a delux room while calling it superdelux than suddenly i saw another room which was more spacious in size and it was exactly the same room which i saw in pictures than i complained about it at reception than also they were refusing it to change than i scolded them and asked them to change my room and give me the superdelux room which i have booked

I stayed in super deluxe room, which was nice and clean along with clean wash room. Location of the hotel is not great, it's little in the interior. Staff was courteous. Food was average. Value for money.

The entrance is dingy and too small outside drivers can't even drive to the hotel. The room was not clean dust in the cupboard and the blanket kept there was smelling. The food was average no proper service in the restaurant. Food prices are higher as compared to quality. Not worth staying. Don't understand how it's attached to clarkes group with these kind of standards

- bad room service - low level of room provided according to payment and view at site - staff are rudely nature - no any proper service of any type. Flash not running condition water out chock. Block
