It's very good stay close to matheran railway station and main market. Rooms are of sufficient size, clean and new. All basic facilities are properly provided. The caretaker swapnil is a gem of a person, working tirelessly to please the guests i strongly recommend this property to those who are not on a luxury tour, but feel the air of matheran. 4 out of 5 from me.

Great location near to the market, really pleasant and clean rooms, all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled this was one of the nicest places, we stayed for 2 days, it was a great experience, we were in Matheran. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Ashirwad Cottage is very nice and reasonable price as compare to other Cottage and also the Cottage is available by near Matheran railway station 2 min distance from station and as my review it's not a lodge it's properly a Cottage. Married and couples are safe for this Cottage I all give the 5 out of 5 star for this Cottage.

Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Owner Sufiyan and caretaker Akshay provide good Service.
If possible please use foam mattress for bed in place of cotton mattress.

Staff is good & friendly. Service is good & fast. Location is near to market. Good for budget hotel. Room & bathroom cleaning is average. No any facilities in hotel. Only room for stays. Staff guide line proper to tourist place

Location - central and near to rely station. Easy to reach and access points. Property - basic amenities provided. But good and clean services - they provide food as per your order from outside. But don't expect lavish amenities. Overall good if you want to keep your expenses limited.

Room was at approximately 10 minutes distance from railway station, staff was cooperative. However for food, tea we need to go to restaurant in market. Also I found less value for money.
Water purifier was not functioning and geyser was outside room just one for all guests.

Good location Good helpful staff. For the hot water it was not in the bathroom directly. You need to tell them then they will give in bucket. WiFi was available. Mattresses & pillow covers & blankets lòoks dirty. Overall it is worth in small budget.
