Average Stay
The beds-hit and other material is torn and of not good quality. There is a foul smell when you enter the room till you are accustomed. The early occupancy even when informed early was not entertained and we were forced to stay outside till the staff woke up at 7am there by putting hardship and staying on road. If not promised by hotel authority we would have stayed in waiting room of railways

It’s fine. Provisions aren’t too great. Haven’t tried the breakfast but its a good thing that its complimentary.

Unsatisfactory
My room no was 207, ground floor. The outer wall was fully damp with rain. The whole room was smelling with dampness. However the staff wr very good & polite n helpful.

great place to stay
Receptionist were very polite and informative also gave me some surprises which made my day. I strongly recommend to stay when in Shivaji nagar Pune.

Hotel staff and service is good. And in the morning time warm water for bath is good facility. Clean is great

Hotel is good, if u want to stay for few days. Only issue i faced while being there is that there are mosquitoes in room.
