Everything superb thanks hotels team need renovation for little things like fossils for tha washroom and management beviour was good need to clean tha rooms floor rest of tha things was good

Location good, staffs were good and cooperative but the bathroom was leaking, typical odor in the room.

The staff was found very irresponsive, lot's of basics things were not in place 1. Telephone was dead, 2. Doorbell was not working 3. The blanket inside the cover was dirty and smelly 4. Refrigerator was not working and not replaced/repaired after the complain. 5. Water tap was located on very height, you have to stand up to close the tap during taking bath. 6. Shower was not there 7. Only 1 tube light and was not giving enough light in room. 8. Ac remote and tv remove was kept without cells in side 9. Lift was not working properly and found very risky -door was having issue. 9. Manager was rude.
