Rooms were clean since took 2 rooms bcoz dates of departure postponed

We reached around night 10 pm when our check in time has been already started around 12 noon. A hindi speaking guy was there and he kept us waiting for a bit long as he was busy calling his boss. We taught it was for cleaning the room. When we arrived the room had bad smelling blankets. Rest everything was clean. We went to temple at around 5 am in the morning. We got hot water at 4 am. We came back after exploring nearby areas at night 9 pm. We checked out at 9 am next morning.

The stay was not good. The staff was not good and they don't have any knowledge about hospitality. The location is near to the temple destination. The hot water was also not available. The blanket which was provided only one for three person stay. The size of the blank for single bed.

Badly needs improvement in all areas

The guy at the reception was lame and dumb, who did not even know to greet a customer and worst of all he didn't know i had booked a room for 3. Argued with me for saying it's double occupancy. Had to show my booking receipt and then he agreed. The entrance to room had sheets and towels from other rooms laid in the walkway. When i asked the room service guy for 3rd towel (as there were only 2 given for 3 people) he denied it saying only 2 towels would be given for 3 people and started arguing unnecessarily. Pathetic. The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains on it as if it's carried from days without changing. The room (405) which i was allotted had a damp smell in it as soon i entered. The reception guy argued saying it's nothing. I had to request him to spray a room freshner (which he did after 30 min) and also gave me a 3rd towel with some hesitation. I expected a decent stay as i was travel-ling with family but was totally disappointed. I didn't have any option to book another hotel at the last minute. I would never recommend this hotel for a family stay.

No hotwater, no tea coffee room service, nobody in front desk, no one to speak to. Finally found one boy who can talk to me and spent 3 mins with me. Worst customer care i have ever experienced do not choose this hotel
