Nice big rooms. Very hygienic. Good ambience. All staffs were very polite and understanding. Food was good. Very efficient and good service. Nicely located. Less noisy area. Awesome stay recommendable hotel. Value for money.

Overall good stay with neat and hygiene environment. Food served was delicious and prompt room service. Only drawback was leaking sink apart from that experience was good

Initially the room we were allotted had some issues like flush not working, balcony door not opening etc but then they changed our room on our insistence and it was a pleasant stay after that. The food of their restaurant 'ashoka' was awesome. It's a decent stay for people who have to just spend the night in hubli/dharwad and have to continue onward s journey in the morning.

One of greatest poet of kannada bendre lived in dharwad. But staff of the hotel don't know kannada. Felt very bad. Met the owner and told about this

It was an average experience and we went with same expectation as mostly all the hotels in dharwad city are average. The rooms were specious but bathrooms should be cleaner. The shower fitting was broken in one of the bathroom and ants were all around the rooms and saw 1-2 cockroaches. The bed sheets were shabby and not well maintained. The food was good though.

The hotel staff are not very friendly. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and had holes in it. Parking place is very bad.

It was an horrible stay since bedsheets and pillows are not cleaned as well lot of smell. Even room also not maintained properly and lot of dust, in simple i never been such and worse hotel in my journey with paid 2k+
