Our recent experience at this property was highly satisfactory, owing to the supportive and cooperative staff. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service facilities were excellent. We highly recommend this property to future guests, particularly due to its convenient location and accessibility.

location great , food great but amenities provided were not good - room 319 had broken basin and not properly cleaned .Got the room changed to 318 next day in morning

Pros: Nice stay. Rooms are good. Overall food is good. They have Pan Asian menu, which is unique in Jammu with hotels of similar class. Cons: Buffet Breakfast needs some improvement. Mat on the Walkway outside room needs cleaning.

One of the worst stay it was,light was gone in the night after called 3-4 time in reception the backup light on and whole night ac was not working and i was asked room cleaning no one came and i was order water bottle from ird they send broken glass bottle ,overall service was really poor and pool steamer was not working no one able to listen our complaints all staff was ignoring our complaints ,i dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Hospitality was good and the Room was well maintained breakfast is good and will recommend to my friends. Overall it was a good experience and thanks to makemytrip for easy booking and discounts❤️❤️

the rooms was so dirty cleaning was not well like a busstand hotel

The room was nice and spacious.. The food there was good too quite limited options but still the overall stay and comfort was good.. The checkin was smooth, not a hassle the checkout was smooth too.. Not too much formalities to do which was a good thing.. Will surely look forward to visit again here

1. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned. 2. spiders and termite are found in room n bathroom respectively. 3. food quality was bad. 4. breakfast option was almost none when less crowd 5. After dinner .. until we did not call to clean..no one use to come n clear dinner dishes. 6. rain water poured inside room n on side of room was filled with water. 7. no wall clock. 8. no toiletries holder. 9. cheap quality of slipper was provided. 10. bathroom was slippery . I slipped multiple time. I once order Shahi paneer they served paneer tossed in cream that's it. pathetic stay.. you ruined my stay n hard earned money. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Will post in social media as well

The rooms are nice. Food is tasty but highly overpriced. Most of the items are not available. Basic bread butter was unavailable for breakfast. Most food items are served during a specific time frame. Rooms are clean and staff is nice. Average review altogether.

Visited Asia Hotel in Jammu - overall experience was good! Property and food were great. The swimming pool was also really good. 👍 Would recommend checking it out if you're in Jammu.

Location of the property is fantastic but the services offered are average.. AC in my room (314) hardly had any life and the breakfast served was below par..

In case of Power Failure (which is Very Frequent, 2 to 3 times in an Hour, May be More), It's total blackout for 4 to 5 minutes atleast everytime.

NO… & NO…… ROOMS, AMB, LOCATION, OWNERS’ CONCERN FOR A GREAT OFFERING TO THE CUSTOMERS… EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE… BUT, EVERYTHING FREEZE OUT TO ZERO WHEN DAY TO DAY HANDLERS AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL START THINKING IF THEMSELVES AS OWNERS AND CUSTOMERS AS SOMEONE ON THEIR PITY… RECEPTION TEAM IS ALWAYS READY TO TREAT YOU BADLY AND GM WILL BE THERE TO SUPPORT THEM… AND NOT A BIG TASK IF THE GM BECOMES RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS BUT IN A POLITE TONE… ONLY CONCERN IS NOT TO PROVIDE WHAT CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR INSTEAD AN ATTEMP TO CHARGE YOU MORE BY GIVING YOU AN ONLY OPTION- WHICH IS TO UPGRADE TO THEIR TOP MOST CAREGORY & WHEN YOU REFUSE THEN THEY WILL TRY TO GET INTO SOME ARGUMENTS WITH YOU….
