Review Of Asoka hotel and restaurants

Room service was charged rs 30 everytime for food delivery. Sometimes the restaurant did not attend the call. Tried 4 to 5 times in the morning for tea. Room is good. A nice dining space separate from the bed room. Food is good. Cleanliness is good. Parking is a bit difficult at the basement. Staffs are okay. Not that friendly or excellent im hospitality. Is okay. Was an okay stay. Not excellent or a bad. Of-course it is not worth for money.

Very good atmosphere and neat and comfortable in your space. I am very happy. Good service.

The rooms and spaces are good, but the hospitality is really bad, when i am going to check-in the reception team treats me very badly because of online booking, they don't promote online bookings, it was really rude and all.

Hotel people was arrogant. Only idle was provided as breakfast, they were not ready to supply any other item as complementary. Kettle/iron box dental kit etc was not provided

Location is on the side of NH66 (not in thrissur, but thalikkulam, towards arabian sea). I had puropse in that area, so booked this hotel. Got a semi suit room (living room, dining table, bedroom, bathroom, cooking portion) for the booking for a single room. Good view of highway and horizon from bedroom. Good bathroom,but bathroom glass door don't ve curtain to block view from bedroom. Good pure veg restaurant and all food restaurant are available at the ground floor. Ample parking space. Very cooperative nd supportive staff. An unexpected happy stay in a suburban area👍👍

1) food variety not available 2) need to call every time for hot water 3) toilet accessories were not provided 4) towels not provided. Need to ask for everything. 5) charges paid for breakfast incl but breakfast complimentary not available. 6) outside food not allowed into hotel rooms. Pathetic. 7) room cost is very high for the quality of rooms and service provided. 8) food cost is too much. Quantity very less for the cost. Did not take photos

Good and peaceful hotel to stay away from city hassles. Food is good. Facilities are also good. Tariff is bit more. Otherwise it's a good hotel to stay.
