The location of the cottage is not near the bus station. It is 4 km away please check it when you book it. Overall it was good for group stay

Some amenities are missing like we had to ask for towel, glass. Clocks are not working. Room was not properly cleaned

The location given in the map or address field is wrong. The location address given is in the main road, but it is 1. 5 km from main road. The best way to reach the location is call the caretaker once hotel is booked.

Decent property for family stay

We booked for 2 days stay at this property during our stay at ooty. Rooms were clean and properly maintained and the property host was helpful and quickly responded to our all requests. This property is ideal stay location for families as they have access to kitchen and dining areas, along with car parking. It is near to so many sightseeing within the ooty.

There was no wifi, no proper drinking water and the toilet seat was damaged

All okay. Big problem is language problem. They can only understand tamil language. And another big problem is location. Location is around 2-2. 5 km from busstand. But auto fair is very high because of hotel in top position. Hotel not provided any food. All the time use only auto. Up/doyn 300*2=600

Location is given inaccurately and we spent a long time searching for the correct location. The sofa and bed sheets were not so clean. Rooms were spacious. Covered car parking. Heater was not working in the morning and after requesting, the care taker fixed it but it took a long time to heat and we ended up bathing in cold water.

Hotel is some where inside the ooty and no parking avaliable. No food avaliable. Did not give basic items like towel, water no tv etc.

Very bad condition in room, no kettle, no towel, no tv, no wifi, available in this room. Very important message given wrong location during booking. Very far from market. No auto, any vehicles, available in this area. In this area not shop available. Staff behaviour very rude. In this future i suggest that no booking asp cottage. Agar very bad se b hi koi bura comment hai wo b hi applicable nhi hai is room ke liye. Staff ne to pareshan kar diya. Wrong location dal ke rkha hai inhone because customer aaram se book kar le fir book karne ke baad customer pareshan ho jayega room search karte karte.
