booked for 3 members and the room is spacious with 3 cots and beds. Bathroom is bit small and congested. Overall the stay is pleasant. There is no dedicated car parking but hotel members made sure the car is parked near to the hotel. Customer service was quick and good.

The Hotel is in the prime location. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. This is my 2nd stay at Astoria. The Hotel restaurant attract maximum crowd. The hotel has been renovated and it looks absolutely great now with excellent interiors

Location and food excellent. No extra bed facility for children being small room for 2 people only.Lift available.

Worst experience. Rooms are not worth to stay. Bathroom not clean and no towels and toiletries. Poor service from front desk. Waste of money and good time.

We were given a room in 3 rd floor. The stair case climbing was tedious but the helpers helped us with the luggages no elevator. No electric kettle. It's a 36 years old quaint building. Pros: prime location, hot veg food available in ground floor throughout the day. Comfortable if you are staying with kids

No lift and had to change room as the allotted one not cleaned properly. Basic with no amenities. Restaurant is good. Staff are good.

Budget friendly, stafffs are very much helpful. Located very close to lake. In a total we experienced a fantastic stay

Absolutely horrible room. The bed was bad, the bathroom was bad. The room was definitely not worth the price. The room was filthy with stains all over. Mold in bathroom and on walls. What was once a great place to stay at, is now absolutely horrid. Won't recommend

This hotel is centre of the kodai near to bus stop. Everything is available nearby even taxi if you’re looking for convenience, go for it, if you’re looking for a peaceful place, don’t book it it’s crowded place daytime

Budget friendly and located near by Kodaikanal lake. Customer friendly employees. There is no lift services that is the demerit,but this is nice 👍🏻

Good rooms and comfortable stay. Location is in the heart of town. Excellent and top class vegetarian food in restaurant. Big minus is no lift. Difficult for elders and family.

No so great rooms, broken wardrobes, toilet door lock does not work, got locked once, main door lock is broken need to ensure twice whether it is locked or not. Rooms does not get cleaned everyday unless we ask for, no water bottle, all we had was two towels and two medimix small soaps, remote did not work, battery was leaking, ventilator doors are not noise proof we can hear all noises, under the bed how no cleaned for weeks

The main attraction for the stay is the location which is just a few seconds walk from the bus stand. Also, the food was nice.

I have booked through make my trip and my stay was ok. Service was ok. Room is fine and the washroom was very small.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were decent and clean, with all the basic amenities. The hot water was only available in the morning, from 7am to 11am, so if you need to take bath before that. The bathroom was also okay, but it was functional. Hotel has a restaurant that serves all kinds of south indian food at affordable prices. Taxi stand and bus stop is just 100 meters away, and the lake is 500 meters away, which is very convenient. L will recommend couple or family who want affordable hotels.

Good near to bus station and in town only that's why we can go all the sights seen places by walking only
