Location is central HSR but it’s on the main road and there’s a Swiggy black shop besides to it so constant noises will come to your room from as early as 5am so it disturbs your sleep. Some of the rooms don’t get enough WiFi signals and mobile data doesn’t work either. When I asked to change the room, I had to pay another 500 to change the room as they didn’t have a similar sized room available with WiFi coverage. Then, the hotel staff creates a faff about visitors, I had a visitor for 30 minutes and I was asked to pay another 500 as I had booked for single occupancy. That’s just crazy. The rooms are decently clean but the beds and blankets smell a bit

The room is very small. There's no telephone to connect to reception. No hot water. No proper TV channels. Absents of tea bag, milk powder and sugar. Only provided one kettle.

The staff are very helpful and considerate. The rooms are also clean and spacious. The price could be a bit low for regular customers

This is a new property. Rooms are clean. The staff and manager are very cooperative. The restaurant is not yet operational but confirms that it will start soon.

Terrible. Not a friendly approach by the staff (Mr. Swami). I kept waiting for almost 1 hour at midnight without allocating the room.
