Our stay was very comfortable. Loved the view from our room! one thing to note is that their servers/helpers are extremely nice and you get amazing hospitality for a very reasonable price point! would recommend to others

Basic amenities were missing in the room like electric kettle was not there in this winter season. Basic toiletries were not able in the washroom, bucket was not clean, telephone was not available in the room to call room service, tv was not working due to connection issue so overall experience was not satisfactory. Pols look into it seriously.

The room was big and spacious, but the food service quality was a let down, location of the property is very remote, getting transportation was an issue.

no hot water. housekeeping is worse, no room is only up to 9:30. ac is not working. there is too much mosquito 🦟 no mosquito repellent
