I booked a King Size Bed room through MMT, where the description clearly mentioned that the bed is large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. However, the reality was completely different. The room was very small — there was hardly any space to move or stretch my legs. The so-called “king-size bed” was even smaller than a regular double bed. I had to buy an extra mattress and sleep on the floor.
The staff’s response was unhelpful; they kept insisting it was a king-size bed. Toiletries were incomplete — only one towel for the entire room, and the body lotion provided was just like water. The complementary refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) were missing, and I had to call the reception repeatedly for basic items, which was quite humiliating.
The free breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was no buffet, only a few items like idly, dosa, and upma. The vada looked like it was refried leftovers, and the idly was undercooked — I could literally feel the rava in the first bite. The upma and sira were watery and tasteless.
Parking was also inconvenient and unsafe, as it was on the roadside with no security — anyone could easily damage the vehicle.
Overall, a terrible experience. Not at all worth the price. Would not recommend this hotel.
