Terrible Stay
It is not a resort It is AIRBNB Dogs and cats occupy the kitchen Kitchen is available for limited time During day there is no lunch I got it through zomato

We have clearly mentioned this is a pet friendly resort and absolutely do not accept your allegation that cats and dogs are in our kitchen area. FSSAI do not allow that and you'll have seen that there our licences are clearly displayed. Further, restaurant timings are clearly written throughout the hotel- inside rooms also. If you choose to order at 3pm when our kitchen is closed, we suggest ordering online. We're very much on Airbnb as well and are very proud of our small hotel.
Poor Stay
The room was a bit ok, but food was not at all available for lunch(02:30 pm) as well as for dinner(08:30 pm) also.

we had informed you at check in that we had no chef and that it would be perfectly fine for you to order in and we gave you cutlery and plates etc to make it comfortable for you. Great place to stay
familyThe stay & food is awesome, there are few friendly pets which makes the stay lively and friendly staff, food, breakfast facilities are good. However, i just feel its a bit high priced.

Location of the property is good, but as mentioned about bath tub, or other amenities there is a lack. Should write a proper detailed. Price is high as per room or other things.

Thank you for your review - we haven't ever stated that we have bathtubs here in Athi Resorts. We don't have any in any rooms. Further, your room was less than Rs2300 which is far less than you'd get in any other 3 star across this area.

Cozy Compact stay
businessRoom was clean, cozy compact with nice stickers around. Bathroom was super small but, due to room ambience bathroom size can be ignored. Humble staff and easy going. Close to Airport but taxi drop costs ₹500 was expensive even though the airport was 2.5 kms away.

Thank you for taking the time out to review us. I'm sure that before you booked, you had checked the location of the hotel in which you wanted to stay - we can't do much about that! However, if there was any issue in your room, it would have been much more helpful for you to have said it to me so that I could have fixed it for you immediately. Reading a review afterwards isn't helpful, particularly as you saw me every day of your stay and you had even asked for our offline prices for your next visit.
Amazing sta
coupleVery good resort, rooms are nice and clean, bathroom is clean, had a very good stay. They even helped us in renting a scooty or car. Good place for animal lovers.

You received your GST bill automatically from GoMMT and that was explained to you clearly. The AC doesn't trip but there are frequent power outages in Goa and so when the generator is turned on/off, the AC will also, of course, turn on and off. We do offer a laundry service - indeed guests have the option to do it themselves if they prefer and we have a machine ready for both.

Decent stay
coupleWe had a fairly decent stay. The room was neat and the clean. The breakfast was average, there was a choice of poori, bread and eggs, poha and sandwich. It was a 2 minutes drive to bogmalo beach. There was no bar and i did not try their lunch and dinner menu. Staff was friendly.

Exceptional
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at athi resort and highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. The location is very convenient, just a 10 minute ride from the airport (around 400rs, 10 minute walking distance from bogmalo beach and right next to a bus stop with connections to dabolim and mormugao. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well equipped. I loved the kettle and complimentary filtered water and tea bags provided. The service is exceptional. I contacted the property before arriving and received prompt replies to all my queries. Check in was a breeze and all my questions were answered. They organized a cab to the airport within seconds. My only caveat is that i had a couple of bugs in the room. I think it was because of the location on the ground floor. Also, sometimes the noise from the airport got really loud. However, during the night it is not a problem. I will definitely return if i visit goa again.

Average stay for one night
Average stay at the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Housekeeper made sure that a/c was working and extra mattress was provided. Room is pricey for value provided as the only perk is the closeness to the airport. There are no good restaurants close by as the nearest restaurants are on bogmalo beach which us a 20 min walk. Also being close to the airport taxi services are expensive. It cost us rs. 500 for a 1. 5km ride to the airport at 5am - not the hotel's fault but just price gouging.

A lot of what you've mentioned as negatives are not related to our hotel - the restaurants being far, the airport taxis etc. The beach is 1km from us - a 12 minute walk and the airport is 2.5km but the taxis have their own pricing not in our hands nor are we tied up with anyone. We appreciate you reviewing us and feedback is always valuable.

Poor Stay
There was no brush, toothpaste or other amenities like that. Also, the mattress was so uncomfortable. We had a nightstay so couldn’t tell them much about these due to late night. The pool was not clean

It is clearly written in your room description and in the rooms that we do not provide any toiletries except soap, shampoo and handwash and that if you need anything, you should simply ask. We're a zero waste hotel so this initiative has proven to be very positive for us. Further, the pool (and your photos show the same) was clean bar a few leaves which fall from the (protected) banyan right above. The pool is indeed cleaned every single day.
