My mother stayed at this property, I booked it for her, only for a layover, since it was lengthy. Even for a couple of hours, the night manager, I assume his name is Ramesh, was not helpful in the least. And any help that he did provide, he did after a lot of resistance.
The room provided was a floor above ground, and he refused to help my mother (60+) with her bags. Only when she insisted, he told her its not his job and woke another employee to help, who also complained about her time of arrival (after mid-night).
We booked through make my trip, that showed there was only one room available. We were told at the guest house that we booked a non-AC room and that booking will specifically show that. We checked and also shared our booking with Ramesh that it did not specify that. He then refused to speak to me on call. He then showed my mother an AC room and suggested we pay the difference. We would have done so without issue, but his behaviour had been so unreasonable that it felt like a loot.
We asked for his name, so we can mention it in the reviews, he didn’t tell us. He only told us he was the manager. My mother was there from 12:45 am to 4 am. And she was so stressed after this altercation.
Given the situation, I would like to believe that this might be a one-of case but seeing that there are many reviews regarding the management, this doesn’t come as a surprise.
