Ok. Although staying in that hotel is good but there is no facilities like no food or tea available which is inconvenient to the guest who are staying in that hotel. Suggest for the facilities.

Hotel is average, location is good, not all the things mentioned in the room description in makemytrip are not correct. No housekeeping was done during stay, no toiletries and toilet roll were provided, the bedsheets were not very clean, no change of towels on daily basis. Foods were extremely expensive.

Lacks adequate infrastructure and facilities

Stayed for one night. This is set of rooms having organised as hotel. The rooms size is okay, but the general infrastructure is lacking. No toiletries, no towels, no tea making kits provided. Lift is awful and makes noise, lift movements are very slow and it is not of good brand. The staff were looking aloof and not forthcoming in looking after customer's interests. Just happened to use room for sleeping one night. Service quality is not as per tariff charged. Very small set up just to cater for accommodation. It is part of housing building with small set up.

Really terrible the manager vriendra singh was very rude and would request that hotel should be barred from unless manager removed or apologies. He was not accepting booking and behaving bad. I feel he comes to hotel in drunk condition which not good for family my daughter feeling stress but we did not have choices as weather was not good.

Horrible trip room door not working properly all switches not working properly no food / restaurant available nearby room & toilet not clean properly worst experience

Worst stay, it's not a hotel it's a guest house, and overpriced, without any amenities, location was also not marked by anything

I don't know about food. Phone in room not working. Staff is to be called many times. Smallest room for hotel. Bedding and mattress are filthiest. Quality of is very substandard
