Review Of ATS Residency

Had a nice stay. The location is good. Easy to travel to the spots within town. Food here was good. Staff were also friendly and allowed an early check in without any prior notice. Parking space is also there. Overall we had a nice experience with the stay.

Clean room and good facilities. Family recommended. Old AC in rooms. But cooling is ok. Breakfast buffet rate is too high compared to restaurants

Very bad experience. Denied the checkIn telling there are no rooms even after booking with full payments. Rooms are very dirty and unprofessional staffs

Hi the hotel was good. The lobby and rooms were neat and well maintained but since the property is bit old, you can feel the dampness in the room floors . Overall the washroom is neat and room was clean and spacious. Good service

Property located easy findable and nearer to bus station.But good calm location for stay. Food facilities in ATS hotel. Other pure veg hotel near by bus station. Reception good .room service good. Hot water giving Morning time upto 10.30hrs. ( I checked out 10.30hrs). Easy car parking facilities in front of hotel. Room neatness good.At rainy day wifi server only problem. Nice stay .

The room was pathetic. AC was having complaint and was leaking water inside the room. I have notified multiple times to the reception mentioning the same. They mentioned that, they cant fix the same and ignored the request and treatment of reception staff was very bad. I hope, i wont book or suggest this hotel to anyone from my little experience.

I booked executive room they gave me handicapped room and said this only available now all rooms are full feeling very uncomfortable stay and restroom are have handicapped persons provisions totally bad hereafter I won't book tat hotel anymore

Decent staff especially the manager,, Good rooms, walkable distance from KSRTC bus stand and about 3 kms from railway station

The room was very spacious and comfortable.. 24*7 Hot water and TV available, Staffs behaviour also incredible. Highly recommended hotel for Family

Review of ATS Residency, Palakkad I stayed at ATS Residency in Palakkad for a night, and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was decent. The location is convenient, making it a great choice for a short stay. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t very effective, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the parking space was quite limited and felt crowded, which might be an issue for those traveling with vehicles. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back. If they improve the AC and parking situation, it would be an even better option.

Not worth for money. they don't provide Bathroom kit, dental kit and water . bathroom 's pipes are broken. they didn't clean the bathroom. I found used matchbox inside the washroom. AC is not working properly. location is quite okay.

Very worst room bed was very nasty, no room clear no bedsheet no towel, don't go anybody, no worth of cost
