The location is awesome. The early morning view was superb. The hotel staff was cooperative, the rooms were clean, and the service was superb. Restaurant services and food taste well. Overall it was a nice and calm stay.

The rooms were okay not good nor bad. The staff is very helping in nature and advice you properly about the surroundings and also take further steps to book events if required. The breakfast was awesome enjoyed it.

Nice location. Supportive staff. Reception staff helped us for sightseeing booking. Limited food options available in hotel restaurant. It's around 4 kms from city centre.

Rooms are very small and very expensive. It is 4-5 km away from main town. Breakfast was not complimentary. There was that moist smell coming from the bedsheet and pillows. On a 10 scale, i would rate 6 for this hotel. It is on the highway from thekkady to alleppey and surrounded by hills and forests.

Room full of fungus, struggled to manage with 2 yr old kid. Need more hygiene. Bathrooms are not cleaned

Bedsheets are smelling bad and also breakfast end at 9:40 am. When we go for breakfast half of the things they said are out of stock so whats the meaning to have breakfast. Also asking for coffee they told only tea available. Overall experience very bad
