Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
Firstly, the Front Office Manager’s behaviour was extremely rude — he has no manners or basic courtesy while talking to guests. Even after raising a complaint, his only response was, “Yahi hai rooms, lena hai toh lo, nahi toh cancel karo.” As we all know, same-day cancellations aren’t even allowed, so we were left helpless.
Secondly, the rooms were in a horrible condition — broken walls, unfinished ceilings, dirty curtains, and an overall unhygienic environment. When asked, the excuse given was that “all rooms are under maintenance.” If that’s the case, then why are you even allowing bookings? The hotel should mark such rooms as sold out until maintenance is complete.
I’ll also be attaching photos of the rooms so others can see the reality. Highly disappointing experience — not at all worth the price or the hassle.
