Property take care mr. Antony is good and well mannered. I enjoyed staying in this property. He helped us to book the cabs consecutively for two days.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and loved it. My stay was comfortable and affordable. I booked a premium room which is on the 3rd floor and the view from the room was very beautiful and scenic. Caretaker mr. Antony is a very nice and helpful person. Service was also good. There's no lift but it is not that difficult to take stairs. They have a very big dining hall but there's no in-hotel restaurant although you can order tea/coffee. It is 2. 4 kms from the bus stand and very near to the botanical garden.

It was an excellent experience staying at aurora residency. The care taker antony was very warm welcoming. I booked the premium room and it was very neat, clean and hygienic. If you are visiting ooty then is the best stay you can ever have. Also the view from room was scenic as it was at the top and you can see greenery all around. Talking about the food, you can order it from the menu available in the room and the quality of food they provide was really good, me and my family loved it. Having hot freshly made food in the cold weather was a great experience. Also, if you want to go around for sight seeing, the caretaker's son will take you to all the places at the reasonable rates. His service was also commendable.

Caring care takers, accessible location, clean rooms. Outside food only you can order. Rooms are spacious and hot water is available all day.

The property is near rose garden and around 2 kms away from botanical garden. It is easy to reach there by two wheeler. There is safe parking space for two wheeler. There is no parking space for foir wheeler but we can reach there safe, because the road is neat. The check in process was very simple and the staff was also friendly. There is a separate space for dine in and refrigeration facility. Instead of that the staff provided plates, 5 litres of water, glasses and two separate towels and soaps. They don't have their own restaurant, but they provide nearest hotel's menu and they will bring the food. We used swiggi for food. There is water heater in the room. In tv there is multiple languages channels including tamil, malayalam, telugu, english and kannada.

It is located at the heart of the city near by bus-stand, railway & ample food opportunities. Staff was very supportive & helpful. Overall a good choice
