Stayed for 4 days, one of the best hotel in terms of service. Food quality is superb, wi-fi speed was excellent, cooperative staff and rooms are clean, hotel ambiance is pleasant and it is well maintained property. Will definitely choose the same hotel during next visit.

Our stay at Hotels Aurum UNA Xpress from 13/03/16 to 14/03. 16 was quite comfortable. The room was neat and clean, service was excellent and we enjoyed the food at the hotel. The location of the hotel was also convenient and easy to locate through GPS. We would certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives.

Fan should be available, most of the rooms are fan less need to replace bulbs with white tube out of this everything was superb. There should be pick and drop facility, all though it was good experience.

Good location and clean rooms

Location is good and peaceful surroundings, room is clean, food is okay, I stay there on my business trip, the place is well connected, I have work in Vaishali Nagar which is in close proximity, I would certainly stay here on my next trip and would recommend.

Wonderful experience & good food

Our stay at Hotel Aurum Una Express in Officers Enclave on Khatipura Road on 09 April 2016 was a comfortable stay. The hotel is at a reachable location and comparatively peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were cooperative and the food was good. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Good place to stay with family

This is good place to stay with family. Slightly away from city centre. Rooms are well maintained. It was an excellent experience. Makemytrip did not offer us breakfast option at the time of a booking. We were charged extra for breakfast which turned our stay costlier. Food quality was good.

Hotel is neat & clean

The rooms are nice and spacious. However the furniture needs to be updated. The sofa has cushion which sank in. The bed moved with slightest of movement on mattress. Small little things which can make the stay even more delightful

No hotwater breakfast items have very limited both day aaloo sabzi with poori and one different item. There should be more items for breakfast.

It was a good stay.

The location is accessible. The only problem was lack of parking spaces within the premises. The food was a little oily (we had Paneer Lababdaar). The room was clean and properly lit. Internet was available only on LAN, my MacBook didn't have a port for that so I could not use it. This should be rectified. The staff was courteous and pleasant. A good stay. Would recommend.
