worst stay ever in my life time. no water in bathroom

Pathetic experience with family, we checked in and after few hours of roaming near beach we came back with family and saw few people were continuously smoking just out of our room which impacted our childrens health so we requested to change room but property caretaker/manager denied and also refused to talk to those smokers like saying that "hamare yahan Aisa hi hota hai". We were having no option but to check out so we asked for refund but this time they followed proper rule and regulation and also let us know the same and we searched for another hotel with extra payment. we saw proper room photo and booked rooms but reality was completely opposite when checked in. Now where is the rule , term and condition. All customer are suffering due to this "Paisa hamara aur Cust se mare bhi hum.

The room was not clean and stinky smell was coming the bed sheet was not clean the room was very untidy i vacated the room immediately and when we ask to refund they said we will not refund you. If you want to stay you can or else leave. The worst room ever seen yet.

Very unhygienic & feels like a slum area dirty room & broken washroom

Worst experience we ever had. Staff is not helpful and talks like aisa hi. Adjust karna hai to kro. Owner to call bhi received nahi kiya. Room me bhi kuch bhi facilities nahi hai.

By location it is good but by facility it is very bad. On the photo the room and all it looks very good but in reality it not.

Nice room but washroom not clean and everything is okay no disturbance in hotel that is best point not so good but room is okay

No wifi provided, we stayed for a total of 6 people, there was 2 bhk homes but a single toilet and bathroom, property photos are different and reality was different.

During my stay at the hotel, i experienced a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any inquiries promptly

We had a decent stay for the price which cost. We stayed for 3 nights and the maintenance is also good)

Worst service, there is no proper basic things, no security, no neatness, no hot water, wash rooms are worst

All over experience is good. We stay there in 2 days and yes it was nice stay in there, staff is very friendly and supportive.

Rooms are good, but they dont have a kitchen but you can find restaurants near by it’s just 1km far from baaga beach.

Unhygienic, fan was making lot of voice, bed was very cheap, overall accomodation not worth more than 500rs

Photos not matching with real property. Unhygienic and not clean linen. When i w net to enter there some neighbor's room person was sleeping there. No curtains at the room door which has glasses. Unsuitable bathroom window. Shabby room, stinking and very unhygienic. No wifi there. Tv not working. When i as-led (caretaker) he said sir kara denge thik. Refrigerator not working. No amenities at all. I spoiled my vacation.
