I would love to review my stay with this property first of all 5 out of 5 for all arrangements. 5 /5 for cordial behaviour & prompt action of staff. 5/5 for the food we have enjoyed. It was delicious & i am thankful to the chef & all the restaurant staff. 5/5 for amenities & they have provided all the toiletries & slippers. Hot water was available all the time thanks to the aviana group & team for our pleasant, comfy and luxurious stay.

Everything is great about the property and staffs are extremely helpful and understanding. If you like snacks and indian food it’s great. View from all rooms are great with beautiful natures view. Swimming pool is also nice and clean. Overall it’s a great stay for us. The gm and the receptionist both were very co-operative and nice.

I had a solo trip, i chose this hotel because it is attached to nature with a river & forest. Amazing views & the continuous river sound, it's so relaxing feels amazing. Recommend to everyone who love to stay and spend time with nature and self.

Superb place. You will be amazed after stay here and pledge to come back. If you are coming to gangtok, must stay here room are just over river n small fall. Moreover they have stair access to river n fall. From balcony you will get magnificent view hotel staff is super nice n food is just awesome plus point ; nearby at a walking distance is famous banjhakri fall.

Hotel is superb, cleanliness is maintained, staff was very supportive, u can enjoy at bar and live music only problem is location which is a bit far from mg marg gangtok otherwise everything is cool

The ambience at amour gangtok is really good! room that was allocated to me (family room) was really spacious. While the location is also great as it is on the banks of a stream, it is a bit far from the local market. The staff was extremely cordial. Amor gangtok can improve on the food being served.

Not worth the price you pay

It wasn’t worth the price i paid for the premium room. They charged for the price of a 5 star hotel room ie 6000 but the room was average with no ac no mini bar. However the staff was polite and helpful. Food was okay but can be better if they work on it.

This hotel is situated near ban jhakri falls. 25 minutes drive from main mg market. We booked this hotel because it was a 4 star with several amenities but when we checked in we saw that it was under construction. There was no spa, no lift and no laundry service. Everything was under construction. The staff is really nice though. It was a false information provided by mm t that it has several amenities but in reality everything was under construction.

The property is located 8km outside of gangtok main market mg marg, at the mountains 8km means around 80km. The road to gangtok center is very pathetic with pot holes like hell. No communication to the gangtok available at any point of time from the hotel. The hotel doesn’t provide a vehicle for your easy commute. No good restaurants nearby no medicine shop. The river view of the hotel is worth noting above all these flaws. The restaurant mad monkey provided by the hotel is very worst. I have never experienced a waste restaurant food like this. They charge very high price for tourists. In such remote location they should provide free food. Moreover the hotel is under construction, but they are charging very high price for stay and food. Lift is not ready yet. I suggest to viewers please select a nearby hotel to mg marg.
