Beautiful property and fantastic setup. Good service from the staff, kitchen is small but it doesn’t matter as most of your meals are outside.

Good location, courteous staff, very good cleanliness and hygiene, a good variety of options in the morning breakfast. Overall it was a very good experience staying at this property, i will highly recommend this place for a family stay.

It was a lovely stay. The place is so clam and nice. The villa had their own swimming pool also. The villa also had a very rustic and very beautiful look. Overall just loved it. Anjuna beach is nearby. Will recommend this place to friends and family. )

It was a good place overall
except the furniture was not enough for the price
the rooms were not well loaded with shelves/ lights/ cupboards and stuff
otherwise a good place the private stay in the middle of north

The property in itself is very beautiful. Very well managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to get all the help we needed for commute. On the food side the in house breakfast spread was okay, they can definitely work on this but outside food is allowed. Rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. The private swimming pool was amazing.

Room hygiene was up to the mark. The villa has 2 rooms, one on the ground floor with a kitchen and a backyard private pool, one bedroom on the first floor with a big balcony. The location is easily reachable. The hotel staff is cooperative, breakfast is amazing. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. Our stay was pleasant with them.
