i had an amazing stay at this homestay! the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts. the hospitality of the hosts was outstanding; they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything i needed. the location is another highlight—it's conveniently close to the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. whether you're here for sightseeing or just looking for a comfortable place to unwind, this homestay is a perfect choice. i highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at ayla homes! the caretakers were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, adding a delightful touch to our mornings. Overall, i highly recommend this homestay for a cozy and welcoming retreat.

If you are looking for comfortable homestay then definitely go for this, owner of the house, carer of the homestay(kumar and bimla ji) and of-course their friendly pets, everyone make sure your stay is comfortable, always ready to help, located in centre of city, pls go for it

During my recent trip to the beautiful countryside, i had the pleasure of staying at ayla home stay. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The property is nestled in a serene and picturesque location, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. The home stay offers comfortable and clean rooms, each equipped with essential amenities. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches, like the soft linens and cozy bedding, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff at ayla home stay were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. This was our first experience of staying in a homestay, and ayla homes didn't disappoint us. It is situated perfectly right in the middle of town, yet away from the hustle bustle of the city. They have a big courtyard, which is ideal for little guests to play around. They have 3 adorable doggos who made our stay memorable. Coming to rooms, they were clean, spacious & very well maintained. All necessary amenities were provided. Caretaker kumar uncle is a very well-mannered gentleman who took excellent care of us during our stay. Owners were also very helpful & hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience staying in ayla homes.

I really enjoyed my stay at ayla homestay, thanks for the early free check-in at 4am, uncle and aunty were very homely and warm. They made a very delicious breakfast and they were very kind people.

Ayla homestay is amazing for various reasons 1. Location- it’s so near to the bus stand and raja seat you can literally walk no need for vehicle. 2. Hospitality- the caretaker are so warm and caring food is amazing. 3. Room- room is so clean and airy and it’s beautiful.

We booked a double bed room in advance for four people. The host was cordial and polite. It's only 5 min walk from raja's seat. Room was comfy and clean. Bathroom has modern fittings and hot water. Room furniture are good. Sizable parking spot and can fit 4 suv easily. Lawn for walking and having some outdoor time. Delicious breakfast. Cons if you want dinner you have to order it before 5pm. But it's understandable.

Rooms are neat, but don't have any amenities. The time i went had minimal staff. It was a bit difficult without anything at night. Maybe the time i went was so.

to be honest it's not up to the mark homestay they only serve one breakfast keeping north indian style and not much spacious rooms and the even charge extra for the fire 🔥 camp and most important the care taker is not at all cooperative and he is in rush to complete the booking and is not providing help sort of careless ness I don't recommend this property to stay for this high amount which we are paying

Rooms 4 location 4 food 4 hospitality 3. We stayed at ayla homestay for 2n 3d. The property is clean. The attractions are at easy accessibility. Like, raja seat is walkable at a distance of 350m, and abbey falls at 6 km away. The food served at the stay is good. The only thing we didn't like much was the hospitality. The kitchen is closed at 9 pm, which must not be the case in homestay. Caretaker doesn't respond after 10 p. M, so in emergencies, you are helpless. Except hospitality, overall experience is good.

Its a very commercialised home stay & i felt most of the reviews in google are bogus. One room mentioned king bed & when i went there the host mentioned none of room have king bed. Rooms are very congested & the view is pathetic without any privacy. They have constructed few rooms in backyard & giving each room for rental. Literally its not a homestay but a logde kind of setup with a fancy cot inside which they show in ads. Room doesnt have ac & becomes like a hot chamber during summers. Was not at all pleasant stay. Good part of stay is the caretaker uncle who is kind enough to prepare the food to your taste. Property is also walkable distance to raja seat. Rooms are neat

Not a very great stay at ayla homes, the property is poorly maintained & managed by the caretakers, there is no hospiality for greeting the guests on arrival or assisting towards the rooms/property. The rooms are extremely small than it looks in the images. There is no food options here you need to order or manage on your own. The worst part is the caretaker he is extremely rude and pathetic, both husband and wife keep fighting and not providing services that should be expected. Good part is pets are welcomed there are 3 pets staying at the property.
