Dear Ms. ishu Gupta, Thank you for reviewing us. As per your booking, you had been booked for a non ac room. If you need, an ac room you need to book an ac category. Even though we asked you when you checked in at 2.00am in the midnight about the ac if you require, you denied as it was charged extra as your booking said non ac clearly. Before booking any property the guest has to check the inclusion and then book. It is not at all my fault. Please do understand. You are just giving a flake review of our property and myself sir. Stay was very pleasant and specially the owner merian e riya gonsalves was so helpful she made us to feel like home, room was clean and well maintained, hot water was available 24x7, she took care of everything so delightfully. Good enough

The lodge is located to feel into the crevices of the surrounding buildings. Took me 20 minutes while roaming around and i still need the help of the owner to find the place. The room has an open light ceiling in the washroom, attracting plenty of mosquitoes into the room. The power button of the ac was not even in the room. All these sticking points were kidnapped by the well-mannered owner who helped me sabra the issues on a moment's notice. Overall, good enough for a quick layover.

If you keep the window open in night mosquito will come-band we keep mosquito repellent in the room and also the breakfast which we serve in the room is fresh and packed but it seems you were having it late.
