Very helpful staff. Extremely courteous and ever smiling. Food was delicious with no extremes of masala and oil. Freshly made. Clean rooms and well kept washrooms. But body lotion should be provided as a necessity.

Pull up your socks!
We stayed for two nights. Generally enjoyed the stay. The evenings were fun with some entertainment programs and tasty snacks. Our package included breakfast and dinner, which were OK, nothing great. The biggest problem was the stinking toilet in the superior category room. Despite a number of calls to the reception, they could not solve the toilet issue. The serving staff were superbly well mannered and they served everything with a smile. The reception staff were always tired and sour. I had heard a lot about this hotel, but it did not live up to the hype

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Views and Great Hospitality!
We recently stayed at Baikunth Kasauli with family and friends, and it was an amazing experience. The property is lush green, beautifully maintained, and offers breathtaking valley views—especially at sunset from the balcony. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had all amenities including a baby cot. The food was consistently delicious across all meals—Indian, continental, and even baby food was freshly prepared as per our needs. The staff was extremely humble, hardworking, and attentive. The spa was relaxing with serene views, and the property offers numerous activities—tree house, open gym, cricket turf, badminton, TT, pool table, and more. Highly recommend for families looking to relax and reconnect with nature in comfort and style!

Terrible Stay
The property was old & dated, the furniture in the room was very old , the polish on all the furniture had faded over time . The almirah was in really bad condition . I would be scared to put anything in there. The amount charged for the property was definitely not worth it. We were really disappointed, would never recommend this property to family & friends.

Okay stay. Place is old/dated and overpriced for what it is. Food is pretty average/bad. Wireless internet barely worked. TV is old. Location is good and so is property size

Choose Baikunth for peace
The location of the hotel is very nice and the superior room is decent enough. My mom wanted to have relaxed time and little walk around. The garden, balcony and quite natural sounds around were pleasant. Staff is very courteous and gentle. Food was nice but more healthy options can be added.

Good Location but Poor Management
The only redeeming factor of the hotel is it's location which is quite good. Property's layout is also good but the maintenance and upkeep is horrible. Most of the staff is polite but absolutely untrained. The food is quite unappetizing and oily. We had checked in at 6pm and requested for a late checkout at 12pm instead of 11am due to a meeting. However, they started pressuring us from 10:50 to vacate the room. This is after booking their highest category room. They allowed us to checkout at 12pm but after arguing a lot. The experience they provide is not worth their exorbitant charges.

Wow factor staying and enjoying the resort and it's facile
Location having excellent valley view and sun set view. Resort full of greenery and well done flower garden. Lot of sports amenities including cricket nets. Small futfutty available surrounded by pine trees. The pine cone are displayed on tables in the garden. Did not use the tattva spa. Services excellent incl daily cleaning. Restaurant served quality food. We wanted veg without onion and garlic. We got variety of them. Waiters at the restaurant were very proactive in their service. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner as a package. Suggest customers take atleast breakfast and either lunch or dinner. To top it all they have high tea for all between 5pm and 6pm. The cottage we took had valley view and sun set view. The cottage was very spacious and an excellent balcony to enjoy. The wind chime at the reception produces excellent music for customer checking in and we could have welcome rodonran drink to enjoy with the music. While walking around the resort ther are several windchime placed on trees to give you soothing music. The. Lawn with seating facility opp to restaurant is amazingly done
