Hotel is at a walkable distance from arappalayam bus stand. Room and restroom were maintained clean. Stay was comfortable. No complaints. Recommended stay in madurai

Overall experience was good and staffs are supportive, rooms are neat and clean. Differently i will recommend this place. Con's this place is only for accommodation no restaurant facilities.

It's my pleasure that i am able to write about *bairav grand. This place is very good to stay, very clean very hygiene also. The hotel staff is also very cooperative. I came here from north side and the are south indian, they told me everything very politely and complete my every quiry as i am the known for that place. By the help of staff i can manage my self there to travel in local buses also. Thanks alot to mm t and bairav grand for attending me.

1> good hotel with: covered car parking, sunlight, room size. 2> need improvement: toiletries have soap only, housekeeping on call basis, no in-room kettle 3> adjacent to highway, lot of eateries, tasmac nearby, bus stop & auto stand, clinic at walking distance

Stay was okay. Room was spacious but no amenities in the bathroom. No toilet paper and only a 5-10ml shower gel. Only 1 mineral water bottle was complimentary and that too was not bisleri or aquafina. There is no kitchen service and 1-2 restaurant only available outside. Just outside the hotel there was big pile of garbage. Locality is bad. It’s just a basic hotel and not worth the price.

Staff were cordial ac was not working room service only after 8am. Though checked in around 5 pm, receptionist was insisting on checking out before 11 am. They were even reluctant to allow to keep the car at parking area till around 2 pm

The room is neat and good. Its enough spacious. Bathroom tabs to be checked for leakage. Soaps, shower caps and extra towel need to be provided. The service is good. Kind and so caring.

The receptionist is a rude person. Very small underground parking. No near by good restaurants. Location is not so good. Rooms are okay. Do not recommend for families to stay. Hotel management is not interested in booking through apps.
