Nice family stay with kids playing area and supportive staff and owner.

All is well. Location and services are really not enough good, its very nice.

It's a beautiful resort with 5 huts. It's located on Jaipur highway approx. 10 from Bikaner city. We were a family of 4 and had a great one night stay. The owners too stay as the backside ... Their was a bonfire too at the night .. We'll visit them again ...

I went there along with my fiancé and few of her friends for her birthday. We didn’t need the Room we just wanted the resort things. Just to celebrate and to her surprise I travelled all the way from Kolkata. OK the end that idiot and stupid staff yells at us that it isn’t such type of hotel/Room while we just went to celebrate that too in open and didn’t even need Room. We told them we don’t need any room. He yelled at me it was like okay I’ll go. He started to yell at my fiancé as well. Never had an awful experience ever in life. The worst one. The other staff were also saying him to stop listen to us. One of them said to us he’s like this only. He was telling I’ll call police. In the end he ended up screwing the entire plan and spoiled the celebration of first bday and my entire trip from Kolkata to Bikaner. 1 star was the only option to give. Had there been negative 100 stars I would have even opted for that.

Too far from the city. You have to travel about 20 KM to reach this place from the city. No nearby activities .. No bar .. Only cash is accepted .. If you are running out, again you travel to find an atm. Good for doing nothing and aiming only relax ..

The hotel is situated 20 km off the city. When we check in, we were only guests there. There are only seven hut types rooms which are very much basic. Beds are very thin and uncomfortable, no tv/ac available, restaurant seems dirty and unreliable about quality, bathroom was dirty and very much basic, no cupboard in room. Overall... Don't book this place even if you get it for free... Nothing good about it.

The place is bit far from city. However the location is calm quiet. Amble space to play relax party and run around. The cottages are lovely but the bed and furniture is not comfortable. The staff takes care of you well though they are not professionally trained. What we like the most is the owner's granddaughter and her pet dog. They gave us good company.

Facilities are good.. Clean and noise free spot. Very good for relaxing service is fast enough you can enjoy your order.. Member Shows helping nature. No disturbing elements present in this spot Its a over all nice stay.

We wish to thank Brigadier Verma, his kind wife and the entire family for taking good care of us during our visit to Bikaner. Our stay at their place was peaceful and they looked after every need. Every morning they feed a flock of peacocks and it is a quite a seen to see a flock of fifteen of them together. We will definitely visit them whenever we visit Bikaner again.

Apart from the location of this place which is a bit far from the city, the other things, like, rooms, service, food ambiance are really good! A very homely stay. The staffs were really helpful and really good hosts. A little suggestion I might add for the hotel, is that if some fixed way to reach to the city is provided by you, the stay would become much better.

Good service and hospitality. More like a home than hotel. Good safe halt if you are planning to go to Jaisalmer or further. On the main highway and a safe place for a family stay. No activities noticed. Consists of Huts and the look is good but not well maintained. Rooms look kind of dirty and no warm water in bathrooms. The service guys are polite and extremely courteous and they will bring warm water in buckets.

It was excellent place to stay in during our short visit to camel festival Bikaner. Open space, good food and nice staff was wow factor. Ambiance was very nice and additionally food quality served by resort was good. Recommended to my colleague or visitor travelling to Jaisalmer for stay.

The hotel is away from Ccity (18 km). Huge garden and kids playing area. OK food, a little overpriced, we did not get anything from tandoor as it was not working. Good hospitality but no planning for new year's eve or other occasions. Moved out to book camel safari rather than booking from the hotel, economical.

Location is outskirts of Bikaner. Call the hotel at least 30 kms before Bikaner. Rooms & property gives you a feel of village. Very well maintained rooms. Staff was very polite and hospitable. Food options can be added preferably Rajasthani food. Overall great experience.

Huts were well maintained and the room was very good. Food was highly overpriced. It was a peaceful place to stay. The manager arranged a camel safari for us which he told was for 3 hours but we got the safari only for 1 hour but he took the charge for 3 hours. We felt cheated about the camel safari.

A great place with friendly helpful staff. Huts were comfortable and offered an interesting change from traditional hotel setting. Outdoor bonfire helped combat the cold. Will definitely consider going back to this place and recommend it to anyone else travelling to the area.

Owner was very helpful. Although I had booked the wrong dates he still allowed me to stay and did not charge me extra. He was very friendly and good to talk to. Aloo paratha and chai was very good here.
