The overall stay was good. Prime location and walkable distance to metro station at mg road. Staff was very friendly. If you stay with friends, then you will see lot of pubs and hotels in and around. Easy to chill out.

Even ballal residency is 3 star hotel it has a amenities and services of 4 star hotel, the property's location is very helpful because it is interesting central of mg road so metro is near cab is available i was very satisfied with the location. Food has only few options but it was okay with me because it is delicious. Staff were very helpful from the hotel they ensured our stay were good.

My total stay was of 15 days in the ballal residency. The hotel is one of the best hotels available in mg road. Pros - (1) cleanliness (2) spacious room (3) balcony (4) proximity to metro and brigade road. (5) decent south indian food. (6) excellent staff cons - almost nothing except the fact that you don't get good north indian food

Homely-feel hotel with spacious, airy rooms in a quiet corner of bustling central area of b'lore, so close to mg road metro, found it very convenient to commute. Great south indian breakfast, very sweet and helpful staff. Highly recommend for single women travellers too.

This place is the best in the area. Beats other 5 star hotels in every category. Authentic South Indian dishes and north Indian cuisine. Cannot beat the original vibe of Bangalore here at Ballal. Very quiet and tranquil place. Rooms are great and nice service too.

It is always a very homely atmosphere. Very close to all amenities. Good sized room and clean toilets and friendly staff. For the short time one stays in the hotel during a business trip, you don't expect more than this.

Best apart about this hotel is its location and room size. The main shopping area like brigade road, church street and mg road is only walkable distance. Although the property is very old, they are trying hard to keep the rooms very clean and tidy. The rooms are big in size also. Housekeeping section should need a little attention more, which i felt a little negative through the entire stay.

Stayed for just a day but it was very pleasant and comfortable. The room is large and cozy with all amenities . The location is superb. Food was ok. They also gave me a late checkout which was great.

The experience was great. The room, terrace, and room were very airy. The bathtub was a surprise for us. Breakfast was also very tasty. Specially medhuwada. Room service was also good
