Nice place with clean rooms and spacious. Even the bed sheets were neat and clean. Huge spacious bathroom again equipped with all basic amenities and hot water supply. The place is easily accessible from st busstop near to all restaurants and close to temple and beach by walking distance. Even the surrounding is peaceful with green trees also a wide parking area for guests is provided. We had a nice hassle free experience for checkin and checkout.

It was an awesome experience staying at bap-at niwas homestay. The owner was welcoming and caring towards their guests. It's a lovely, cosy and luxurious property made in european style with breakfast. They have a good kitchen and allow us to access it for baby food. The staff was quick & responsive. Since it's a home stay property, the entire bap-at family makes sure guests are well taken care of. Worth staying if u plan a trip to ganpatipule. Keep up the good work !

Very clean, extremely hospitable mr & mars bapat. Also the home food was excellent we had in breakfast. Also very near to the ganesh temple 8 to 10 mins walk. Will definitely book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the property is set in between the greenery. Felt very safe. The host yogesh was very polite and provided us excellent service. We ordered modak for bappa and they were made with all the love as they very tasty and beautiful. The breakfast was very good and a special shout out for the tea amazing tea. . Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean.

Bap-at niwas is the excellent place, care taker mr. Yogesh sir, is a best man. Homestay scrounging excellent, near sea face, overall bap-at home stay is the best in ganpatipule

Clean and tidy home stay. Spacious rooms with 3 beds. Clean washroom with a hot water facility. Ample parking space. Near to temple and beach walking distance. Yet clam and cool place to stay.

minimal but sufficient and hence very clean. no need to add insect inviting furniture. thanks 👍 for an awesome stay.. any time of the day/night the place looks sparkling clean.the hosts are very helpful and friendly.
