Over-hyped hotel

Just because there are not many staying options in the location we had no options but booking this hotel. The washroom was nice, clean and big. The colour was peeling off From the roof which made us and the cloths white by the morning. The breakfast was average. There was no hot water in the bathroom. One booking out of our three bookings was cancelled without even noticing us.

It was a good stay, nice property, peaceful, neat and clean, could use some more basic facilities in the room.

Rooms are good heritage theme. But staff is very rude and room service is very poor .. Food is very good but in breakfast no more options available. Bathrooms are clean but Bath taps and shower are chock

Poor service, no water on day 1, smart tv connection off after first night, no wifi, no cleaning, ac is ok, food was good, staff and manager behaviour was good but they were helpless. I think owner not able to handle this property properly.

Very poorly maintained properly. First of all. No one will be there at entrance and reception to guide. Entire property and rooms are very poorly maintained. During rain, water was coming inside room from roof and frogs were also roaming inside room. Bathing water was yellow color. We booked room with breakfast & dinner. There was buffet option available of breakfast. Only paranta and poha was available upon order. It took 30 mins to get order and which was unhygienic food and tasteless
