Basera Guest House

We often choose basera for a 1-night stay. The location is very nice. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars surrounding the Basera Guest House area. It is very close to the bustling gariahat, but still, the area of the Basera Guest House is very calm. One thing that they should improve is maintaining their amenities. It feels like they never do any renovation or any major cleanings. For example, this time in our room, they gave us the tea and coffee kit but without the electric kettle!

I had a decent stay at basera. Property was pretty easy to locate & this property is situated at one of kolkata’s prime locations. Check-in was seamless & all amenities were available as described. Plenty of local food options available near to this Basera Guest House.

My experienced staying in basera guest house was wonderful. The house keeping and cleaning staff were very courtesious and helpful and always ready to offer any services as and when asked. The rooms were near and clean though the room area is fairly small.

Location is good. On the main road and nearby food outlets are there. However, in the room, one window was not closing properly. Besides, the kettle in the room was not working. Other amenities were good. The bedding was neat and clean, well maintained.

Very comfortable room, clean is also very good. Staff behaviour and services are also very good. Only strict check in time at 12pm if you want early check in than book your Basera Guest House one day before or wait. Overall experience is very good.

The rooms are good and hygiene is properly maintained (regular room service, blanket change, etc. The staff are always just a phone call away from fulfilling the guest's needs. Everyone is very friendly and receptive of guests

Clean and fresh rooms, well behaved staff. Well organised, and security is a plus point i would love to visit again.

This is my 5 th stay in basera. Friendly staff. Value for money. Great location. Rooms with ac and 24hrs hot water.

Best facilities in terms of even minute details which most other Basera Guest Houses outlook. Most convenient cost to facilities.

Host and services are both good and up to the mark. 9/10. Host is very generous and easy going professional fellow.

It was a pleasant stay at basera but the only thing that bothered me was that in the booking confirmation, it was mentioned that we would be getting a balcony which we didn't get and the room was very small.

Stay was really comfortable. Btw one more thing that would be improved is cleanliness. No thanks
