Had a one night stay at the hotel but tgey managed to give me a nice hospitality by their gestures and kindness as i had faced some kind of health difficulty so they managed to give info and even with their food service so even after an unpleasant exp with health they managed to make it confortable with their kindness right from reception manager to restaurant staff especially. So i recommend anyone who vista srinagar to stay here and the best part is location is very nearby to all sightsseings

Very good. Courteous and polite staff and very tasty food. Kudos to mr. Jay-deep bhat and his team. Room air conditioning with warm option was good in chilling winter. Location is also good which is closer to dal lake

Hotel staff was good and the ambience of the hotel was amazing. Food was excellent. Dal lake was also near by the hotel for visitors too.

I stayed in this hotel in the first week of october for 3 nights with family. Overall experience at the hotel was great. Excellent location near to the dal lake, busy street in front, a few good eating joints like krishna vegetarian restaurant in front of the hotel. Hotel itself is purely vegetarian. Food was awesome, - very tasty. Breakfast was also really good - had decent variety and also very tasty. Hotel staff in general (one boy, nadeem was very sweet and a very much family person) were very cooperative and all were truly good people with humane touch and had friendly attitude. Rooms were decent. You will feel safe and at home there (though i felt safe everywhere in kashmir. Five stars for the stay

We stayed at batra hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The property is ideally located. Walking distance to dal lake. Lal chowk bazaar also known as residency road market is 2. 5 km. Food is vegetarian with a large menu. Excellent preparation. Buffet breakfast spread is good but it can be better if a few dishes can be added. Rooms are good. Only problem is in the bathroom. There is no mat outside the shower cubicle and on the bathroom entrance. We had to request for both as the rooms tend to get dirty and wet. Hotel management should take immediate measures and ensure that the barroom has a towel mat outside the shower cubicle and at the entry of the bathroom too. Room service is prompt and impeccable. Overall an exciting experience. Will visit again in the month of july, if all goes as planned. In short, a great stay at the property.
